ABOUT THE NORTHWEST BLAZERS
NW Blazers-Puget Sound Academy
NW Blazers-PSA was started in February 2021 and is located at Puget Sound Academy in Mukilteo, WA. In the first travel season, we ended with a program wide record of 83-22. Not only are we building a tradition of excellence on the court, we emphasize the importance of academics, and all of our student athletes are achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher in the classroom.
Northwest Blazers At Full Glance
The Northwest Blazers are an Under Armour Sponsored AAU team originally started in Spokane, WA by Steve Klees. It has become one of the premier women's basketball programs in the country since its founding in 1998. They have won numerous National Championships and have had hundreds of young women receive full ride scholarships. They have since branched out to Montana, Idaho, more areas of Eastern Washington, and now Western Washington.
ABOUT PUGET SOUND ACADEMY
Puget Sound Academy is located in Mukilteo, WA and has lovingly been given the nickname, "The Muk." The Muk is split half and half with a court for basketball training and a strength and conditioning turf. We have a full power rack, dumbbells, battle ropes, TRX bands, bands, and more. Our goal is to help athletes become stronger and more explosive in ways specific to their sport.
